NSU College of Dental Medicine invites applications for the position of Program Director for its CODA-accredited Advanced Education Program in Prosthodontics. This is an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic prosthodontist and educator to provide academic, clinical, and administrative leadership within a well-established postgraduate residency program committed to excellence in advanced dental education, patient care, research, and innovation.

The Program Director will oversee the didactic and clinical operations of the postgraduate prosthodontics residency program and will be responsible for maintaining full compliance with CODA accreditation standards. Responsibilities include direct resident supervision in the clinic, curriculum oversight and development, faculty collaboration, resident mentoring, outcomes assessment, quality improvement initiatives, and coordination of clinical training experiences. The successful candidate will serve as a liaison among faculty, residents, and college administration while fostering a collegial and collaborative learning environment.

Qualified candidates must possess a DDS/DMD degree or equivalent foreign dental degree, completion of a CODA-accredited advanced specialty program in Prosthodontics, and board certification through the American Board of Prosthodontics as a Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics. Candidates must also be eligible for dental licensure in the State of Florida and demonstrate experience in prosthodontic education, clinical instruction, and academic leadership. Graduate-level teaching experience is preferred.

Faculty rank and salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
