Carolina Crossroads Dental Care is seeking a compassionate, motivated associate dentist to join our established general dental practice in Statesville, North Carolina. This position is ideal for a dentist who values high-quality, patient-centered care and would like to build a long-term career within a supportive private-practice environment.

The associate will initially work part time while developing a patient base, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position as the schedule and practice demand grow.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive general and restorative dental care
Perform thorough examinations, diagnose oral conditions, and develop appropriate treatment plans
Clearly explain diagnoses, treatment options, risks, benefits, and financial considerations to patients
Deliver treatment consistent with current clinical standards and the practice’s philosophy of care
Maintain complete, accurate, and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with the owner dentist, hygienists, assistants, and administrative team
Build strong, trusting relationships with patients and encourage continuity of care
Participate in practice growth, patient education, and community outreach when appropriate
Refer patients to specialists when treatment falls outside the dentist’s experience or scope
Follow all infection-control, OSHA, HIPAA, radiographic-safety, and professional requirements

Requirements

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Current North Carolina dental license
Current DEA registration and required certifications
Professional liability insurance
Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and attention to detail
Commitment to ethical treatment planning and excellent patient care
Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative dental team
Experienced dentists and qualified recent graduates are encouraged to apply
