We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our established dental practice here at Chesapeake Dental, initially for 2 days per week and progressing to full-time. We are on the beautiful Eastern Shore, just across the Bay Bridge on Kent Island, which is in the middle of a population growth boom with our 55-and-up communities.

Requirements
What You'll Do
As an Associate Dentist, you will provide comprehensive dental care while helping patients make informed decisions about their oral health. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive examinations and developing diagnoses
- Delivering preventive, restorative, and emergency dental treatment
- Performing crown and bridge procedures and routine extractions
- Creating and presenting comprehensive treatment plans
- Educating patients on treatment options and oral health maintenance
- Building patient confidence through compassionate communication and clinical excellence
- Maintaining accurate and thorough clinical records
- Collaborating with our clinical and administrative team to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care and a positive treatment experience
- Maintaining a commitment to continuing education and high standards of care
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Active Maryland dental license (or eligibility to obtain licensure)
- Current DEA registration
- Strong clinical judgment and technical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Dedication to ethical, patient-focused dentistry
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment

Compensation
Excellent pay package based on production with a minimum daily guarantee.
35% of collections
Associate responsible for 35% of laboratory expenses
