Requirements
Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat dental conditions using evidence-based dentistry
Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
Educate patients regarding oral health and treatment options
Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative team members to provide exceptional patient care
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Participate in continuing education and professional development activities
Uphold all OSHA, HIPAA, and state licensing requirements
Qualifications
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Active North Carolina dental license (or ability to obtain)
DEA permit and current CPR certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to comprehensive, ethical patient care
Desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a positive team culture
