Exposure to transformation, restructuring or high-growth situations under operational pressure
Excellent analytical and financial modelling capabilities with a highly hands-on mindset
Entrepreneurial, execution-oriented and comfortable operating in lean structures
Strong communication, stakeholder- and relationship-management skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility in a highly people-driven environment and interact effectively with dentists, medical professionals and practice staff, while confidently challenging senior stakeholders where required
Willingness to operate in a highly detailed and operational finance environment
Munich-based or willingness to relocate to Munich required
